I understand the GTR3 Pro and the new Balance have the same ppi. I have tried to sync some of the faces, but the Balance isn't listed in the app and the attempted install of a GTR3 Pro face just freezes. Can you adjust the app to recognize the Balance? Thanks

I'm in the exact same situation! I can't get the app to recognize the Balance, so I'm unable to install any watch faces. I've got 3 other Amazfit watches and the app works just fine with them all.

If I understand correctly, the program does not see the clock, then you need to check whether the visibility of the watch in Zepp is not turned off.

Yes the app doesn't see the watch. Visibility is already turned on for me and the app still doesn't see it, but it sees all 3 of my other Amazfit watches. I think the app needs to be updated to support the Balance watch properly.

Of course. It doesn't work. On 3 different phones. After researching, It appears that the watch is seen on APPLE iOS devices (in the AmazFaces app) but is NOT seen on Android devices.

I want to try to create a watch face with parallax effect (background movement depending on the clock tilt). It works in the simulator, but I'm not sure it will work on a real device. You can add your watch face to our catalog, where there are currently only a few watch faces available. This way, other watch owners can assist you in testing and provide feedback on how it performs on real devices. Feel free to upload it there, and let's see how the community responds!

You know what would be helpful in testing? If you fixed the Android AmazFaces app so that it could actually work with the Balance watch on Android devices. It appears only the iOS Apple devices can detect the Balance watch currently based on posts here.

FYI I can't see my Balance with iOS app either but use a workaround to upload to my Balance. When I select the GTR 3 Pro in the app it will detect my Balance without setting the MAC address manually. The only problem with the app when you use this workaround is that you can't see the Balance watch faces, only the GTR 3 Pro ones. With the help of @Lattenknaller I managed to upload a very nice watch face to my Balance. Let's just sit and wait till the developers update the app for both Android and iOS so the Balance will work as default instead of a workaround.

Yeah but on the ANDROID app, the app doesn't see the Balance at ALL. Even if you try selecting GTR 3 Pro. Even if you set the MAC address manually. It just doesn't work whatsoever.
