Not all watch faces can be unpacked. Therefore, not all watch faces can be converted.
These watches have different aspect ratios. When converting, the aspect ratio does not change, the watch face is simply scaled in width.

if you want to use main.exe , main.exe must be in the same folder as file.bin that you want to unpack.

Or, if you don't want to copy main.exe into the same folder as file.bin, you can copy main.exe into the folder c:\windows or the folder where Windows is installed. Doing this, you can run main ...

It has passed a lot of time since when I did some wf for this watch, and now I totally forgot which tools to use and where to find them.
To start I'd need a tool to unpack wf, but I'm not able to find anything I could use on windows.

Because of the dial you mentioned. The creator added a custom script which doesn't follow the editor's standards. So when you unpack, the editor can only unpack the images. So after unpacking. The .json that you received there is no script that the creator added himself.

I have seen many watchfaces published here for gts 2 mini with gif preview.
Do anyone know how to make them? On huami site i don't see any option about it, i when i export wf it only gives a bin file, not an image or a gif.
