Watchface Maker: Help With 3 Issues

Hi There,

I'm trying to edit an existing watch face but it's been a year or more since I created it – I'm making edits on a duplicate of the original. Specific issues...

1. TEXT

Spoiler

• The text has defaulted to normal text and no longer uses images.

• How do I revert it or better yet, set the font?

2. CAN'T EXPORT

• Always gets stuck on 'action in progress' but nothing happens after a good 5mins.

• How do you export a download now?

3. CAN'T INSTALL

• When I click the 'Bridge' menu, I no longer see the 'Install' option with the barcode etc.

• If I click execute, I see a 'Please connect a device or simulator'.

• How do I see the barcode option so I can install via dev mode in app?

After several days, still can't figure this out sorry.

Does Watchface Maker only use fonts now?

I can't find documentation on how you set the font and the image-based text which is documented, doesn't seem to exist - is that right?

I don't think there are many people here who use the online Zepp watchface tool. I will say that the times I've used it, I've walked away from my laptop and done other things when it exports because it takes so long.
You'd probably have better luck contacting Zepp directly on their Discord, specifically in the wf-creators channel.

You cannot use your own font. You can use images as before. The screenshot shows an example of how to use images for the day of the week.
I set the watch face using a QR code. But I rarely use this site.

It seems that if you select a custom preview instead of a generated preview when exporting, it works faster. But I'm not sure.

I guess I don't understand why the tool has auto-converted my image-based day/date to text only - is that normal?

When I initially opened the watch face, it looked correct. But after subsequent opens, it somehow got converted to text - I was simply trying to update the background image. Makes no sense - right?

Unfortunately I'm not on Windows. Anyway, I had to re-make the watch face from scratch.
