This is a duplicate of the ice green version of San Francisco 2 from Maikeldevil, without the analog watch.

- Fix progress meters to run clockwise from straight down (like a car's speedometer and tachometer).
- Remove shadows on meter circles; they just made the circle look off to me.
- Make seconds smaller, and vertically center in the space above the time.
