It contains 4 Customizable widget, Health data, Date Multilanguage and more.
Added Features:
Heart Rate Zone:
Zone 1: Very light, 50 percent to 60 percent of MHR
Zone 2: Light, 60 percent to 70 percent of MHR
Zone 3: Moderate, 70 percent to 80 percent of MHR
Zone 4: Hard, 80 percent to 90 percent of MHR
Zone 5: Very hard, 90 percent to 100 percent of MHR
* MHR = 220 - age (Set age in other settings)

The source of the temperature and weather info for GTR 4
The Zepp app request the weather data from it's own backend (a REST API), wich itself gets its weather data from Xiaomi. Xiaomi has a weather service/app wich aggregates weather info from different sources worldwide wich are not disclosed....
