From the information you provided, I can only guess as follows:
1. You use "Watch face editor for Amazfit watch on ZeppOS by SashaCX75" to create the face.
2. You use Analog time pro and use smooth second to display the hands.

If you do, check around to see what type you are using to display.
I guess that you are using "type 1" to do it yes or no.
If so, change it to "type 2" or "type 4", and your Analog hands can work normally, because type 1 is only available on ZeppOS 1.
