need help for converting from json to bin [GTR]

This is my watchface design


I tried many times to convert it to .bin, but in the end it fails.
- first time it fails because i use .png 24-bit instead of 32-bit
- second it exceeds 2MB max .bin files, so i cut many features (in the end I can reduce it to 2MB)
- but third, since i created under 47mm watchface, somehow i cannot sync with my GTR2e.

in case anyone willing to try or help me with this problem.

ps : i dont have any coding experience, so i really didn't understand about phyton.
probably this is the main problem.

In Your pack File ".json" is a format GTR1 if you want to use on GTR2 you must to use
"GTR (GTS, T-Rex) to GTR2 (GTS 2, T-Rex Pro) Converter & Editor" to make it
But the converter can not convert some elements

Example :
Convert GTR1 to GTR2 by "AmazFit_Watchface_Editor_(GTR47ToGTR2)"

You will see battery and step some element can not convert

Or if you want to make GTR2e real format you must use
"AmazFit WatchFace editor 2 for Windows" to make it.

Example :
Make by "AmazFit WatchFace editor 2 for Windows" ( json GTR2e , 2 Format )

Yes it looks like i used wrong tools.
with the tools you gave me in the post, now i can create new watchface.

but I still have no idea how to make custom always on display, somehow i can't find it in the tools.

Your pictures showed you use "AmazFit_Watchface_Editor_(GTR47ToGTR2)" to create watchface. That program is make json in format GTR1 and convert to GTR2 BIN. So you will not see AOD. Because GTR1 no have Custom AOD. So you can not do it's on this program and this program can not create some element on GTR2 too.
