Can't get progress circle working for seconds [GTR]

Does any one know how to make the seconds circle work around the outside of the watch face. I use the following settings in the picture and I only get a small dash at the top.

I also did not manage to work these settings normally. I think that the circular scale for displaying the time does not work well on the clock.
