Requesting porting of watchface(Starfield) [GTR 3/Trex2/Ultra]

Please, maybe someone can port this watch face to GTR 3/Trex 2/Ultra?

This watch face is interesting.
I have created the format that I want to use.
but anyway This watch face was created by Starfield, which I'm not sure if he allow modifications for other devices.

So I decided to distribute what I've completed as a resource only.
All resources can be packaged as a watchface for GTR3 as shown in the example image by using sasha's program editor (Version 8).

Anyone who is interested can bring the resource to pack as a watchface by yourself.

However, if the owner of the work wants to delete what has been done. I will immediately delete it. without any condition

As always, I do not accept any amendments to this work under any circumstances.

This is not a watchface, this is a file that includes a resource to create a watchface.

I saw this watchface and i like it and i deside to make it for GTR3 Pro with the resources provide from asoo but the beginning of the step progress is not circular as in the preview, it's only circular at the end of steps progress like preview and the hour markers are not proportional as in the preview either. What is the reason for this and how can it be fixed? Thank you very much. I attach the GTR3 Pro watchface file.

As far as I know right now, the end of the "circle progress line" will be a round edge when the progress exceeds 10% of the destination value.

็However, it depends more on the ratio of the length and width of the line. With a small length and a large width, there is simply not enough space to draw a rounded edge at the line. And the thicker the progress line, the more noticeable this effect.

If you want to avoid this effect, you must use "image progress" to create step progress. according to the number of steps you want to display the progress

Tested on GTR3 After the progress exceeds is over 10% of the destination value .the end of the "circle progress line" will be round edge

"The hour markers are out of proportion", In this case I can't check. Because I don't have a GTR3pro, but as far as I checked on the editor I didn't find any problems.

Thank you for explanation for steps progress, for the hour hands i mean there's no shadow in hands like GTR3 preview. If you see the hands is without the shadow in my GTR3 Pro version while your GTR3 version has shadow in hands and you can see in the preview here. Thank you.

If there is no shadow then you are not using image from. Starfield_RS.rar to convert
Or you pack to GTR3 and then unpack the packaged files again to convert to GTR3pro so it will be losing the shadows caused by the transparency.



If you want to convert to GTR3pro without losing any detail you can do as follows.
1. Extract the Starfield_RS.rar file.
2. Open the sasha's editor
3. open project ( Starfield_AOD.json ) ( from step 1 )
4. go to the convert section in the program
5. Convert from GTR3 to GTR3pro
6. Then you can pack it.

After you pack , you will get a watchface GTR3pro with image that no loss of resolution and transparency .


if you pack , it will convert the png file to PNG (GTR3) format and some image detail will be lost. This will greatly affect images that use transparency. If the image is very transparent, that part may disappear.

When you bring that image to use it again it will be lost transparency.

If you don't understand what I'm describe, that's fine.
I see you can pack resource as watchface .
So you can use this file to pack as watchface of GTR3pro straight away (just pack, no need to convert the file )

The problem was caused by my own mistake.
The .json file that I created from the beta made some functions not working properly.
You can fix it by
1. When opening the file, delete Day and month and do ADD Day and month again, then save and pack, it should fix the problem.

or
2. You can download Starfield_RS.rar The new one I've edited and can convert or pack straight away.

I would like to know if this whatchface can be ported for GTR 2.
I know there is a similar watchface already on the site but this one has much more detail.
I tried to do the conversion but I'm running into difficulties because I'm not familiar with the tool to create whatchfaces. If anyone can guide me I would appreciate it

You can use only the images to create GTR2 with GTR2's editor.

But in the script .json section you can't use from this pack .
because it is script of GTR3

And GTR2 doesn't have a lunar phase, so the moon function won't be available in GTR2.

You should be able to use the dial in this port because if I'm not mistaken TrexUL. and Trex2 have the same screen size 454x454.

Installed but the screen is cut off on the bottom because it’s not sized properly I want the month and day to show

Sorry I can't help to check with this part as I don't have a Trex2 to test.
But to my surprise, the file that I recommended to you in the previous post didn't fit on your screen. Because, as I checked with the editor, it should be fit properly on your watch screen.

I'm having real difficulty getting it to work. I've tried multiple different apps from this forum and various .zip files but none of them work on my GTR 47mm. I believe it's 454x454, like the GTR3 but I just can't get any to work/convert.

Would super appreciate some help, if possible, kind people!

I don't think it can make this watchface on the GTR47mm same as GTR3.
Because there are many elements that GTR47mm cannot do.
such as
- Show elements in arcs
- Moon phase display
- Ordering elements
So I'm not sure it can be made for the GTR47mm, even though the screen size is the same as the GTR3.
