Is it possible to change the order of which layer is drawn?

I'd like the battery bar to be under the text, but when I make the BIN, the bar draws over the text.

"DrawingOrder" command working only for time numbers. i have this problem too.. i want create seconds in circle, but without z-index for seconds numbers (tens must have higher priority as ones) is not possible and that is shame :( or is impossible add weather icon behind the clock..
