Per favore sapete dirmi come posso unire un WatchSkin con un preview.gif oppure preview.png ?

Looking at WatchSkin it looks like it's a GTR2 watch face. If you did it in the watch face editor for GTR2, then it has such a function, it is activated in the settings.

There are several ready-made watch images in the WatchSkin folder. If you wish, you can make your own image based on the existing ones.
