The code of this watch face is in *.bin file, so it cannot be changed.
Besides, this author usually uses elements in his watch faces that do not work on GTR3 (Pro). So even he is unlikely to do this.

Pointer Progress - Arrow Pointer. The arrow will move from the start angle during sunrise to the end angle during sunset. Judging by the screenshot this looks more like what you need.

GTR 3 is ZeppOS 1.0 while Balance is 4.0.

It took me less than 3 minutes. As a WF maker with over 100 publications, you should be able to do it yourself.

The size is 480x, so it's for GTR3Pro or Balance. You should now be able to build the WF yourself.

Use the sensor to obtain the value of the displayed parameter (e.g., heart rate). Knowing the value, you can find out how many digits it has and calculate its size.

As far as I know Amazfit Bip 5 Unity and Amazfit Bip 5 watch faces have the same image encoding. So they should be fully compatible. But I haven't tested this on a real device.
