The incorrect part is that the colors of minutes and hour digits are not changing on click. All the other items are changing apart from the digital time.

Plus, does the entire project include assets and JS files? If so, I think I will have to zip the files.

The weather info comes from the phone. There is no other way. In addition, your phone must be connected to the internet. The temperature sensor only gets the temperature of the surrounding environment but not the actual weather (for watches with temperature sensor such as the balance).
