- тап на пульсі переключить на біочардж, кожен показник відкривається через довгий тап;
- тап на кроках переключить на дистанцію, довгий тап відкриє статистику активності;
- тап на часі сну, відкриє сон, довгий тап відкриє моніторинг здоров'я уві сні;
- тап-зони: на годиннику, на хвилинах, на іконці будильника;
I drew this version of the Suunto watch face.
- The watch face uses a third-party font. If something doesn't display, be sure to restart the watch after installation!
- Tapping on the heart rate switches to Biocharge, each metric can be accessed with a long tap;
- Tapping on steps switches to distance, a long tap opens activity stats;
- Tapping on sleep time opens sleep, a long tap opens sleep health monitoring;
- Tap zones: on the clock, on the minutes, on the alarm icon;

I have found 2 editor usrer's manuals, one in russian, the other in spanish. I don't believe one exists in english. Surely someone can translate one of those to english? Someone like me, who is deficient in multi-language skills, would ...
