- тап на погоді перемкне: прогноз\погода - схід/захід і хід сонця - схід/захід і хід місяця - сила та напрям вітру, довгий тап відкриє погоду;
- тап на готовності перемкне: готовність - тренувальна навантаження - час будильника, кожен показник можна відкрити через довгий тап;
- Зліва від готовності, через синій олівець ви можете вибрати будь-яку програму на годиннику, для запуску з циферблату;
- Праворуч від готовності, через синій олівець ви можете вибрати будь-яке тренування на годиннику, для запуску з циферблату;
- тап-зони: на пульсі, на заряді, активності, на хвилинах, на секундах;

- tap on the weather to switch: forecast\weather - sunrise/sunset and sun movement - sunrise/sunset and moon movement - wind strength and direction, long tap to open the weather;
- tap on readiness to switch: readiness - training load - alarm time, each indicator can be opened by long tap;
- to the left of readiness, using the blue pencil, you can select any program on the watch to start from the dial;
- to the right of readiness, using the blue pencil, you can select any workout on the watch to start from the dial;
- tap zones: on pulse, on charge, on activity, on minutes, on seconds;

I have found 2 editor usrer's manuals, one in russian, the other in spanish. I don't believe one exists in english. Surely someone can translate one of those to english? Someone like me, who is deficient in multi-language skills, would ...
