Great news. Saratoga79 from XDA, fixed for me WatchFace. Now we can use it on Stratos3!!!
ONLY!!!
Global 4.2.6.0 or CN firmware version 4.0.17.5+
It may work for latest US and CN firmwares, not sure for older versions.
Don't use "Second Hand" feature to show seconds in SLPT mode as it may cause issues.
For weather data use AmazMod and Openweathermap integration.

The source of the temperature and weather info for GTR 4
The Zepp app request the weather data from it's own backend (a REST API), wich itself gets its weather data from Xiaomi. Xiaomi has a weather service/app wich aggregates weather info from different sources worldwide wich are not disclosed....
