This work is a Lock-screen style watchface from Halo series.
[ 1 ] Rounded numbers and beautiful icons and a clean arrangement let you get the information you want at a glance.
[ 2 ] There are 3 places for customization, each has options for 7 widgets: Steps, Heart rate, Calories, Stress, Activity, Hour active, and Battery.

The Zepp app request the weather data from it's own backend (a REST API), wich itself gets its weather data from Xiaomi. Xiaomi has a weather service/app wich aggregates weather info from different sources worldwide wich are not disclosed....
