Recreation of my original watchface for GTR

Thank you to Asoo.
I used some elements of his watchface he has ported to GTR2 from GTR.
/gtr/view/19132
I have tried to create a nice AOD. It is dark and more energy efficient.
Similar design as the main dial.
V5: optimized position of all elements for AOD screen
Added a MM-DD version.
Added german version for my personal use.
V6: updated position of battery values
Fixed a small graphical issue in german version
Feel free to port it to GTR 3.
