My version of a nice Casio inspired watchface.
12h and 24h supported.
Day-Month and Month-Day version.
Feel free to port it to GTR 3

V2: optimized position for some elements
V3: changed position for pulse and battery and added progress symbols for battery
V4: moved text for battery 2 pixels to the left
V5/V2 black: optimized position of the time to get it more in the middle
Added a black version without outer blue ring.
Added blue version DD-MM in german language for my personal use.
