Recreation of my original watchface for GTR

Thank you to Asoo.
I used some elements of his watchface he has ported to GTR2 from GTR.
/gtr/view/19132
I have tried to create a nice AOD. It is dark and more energy efficient.
Similar design as the main dial.
V5: optimized position of all elements for AOD screen
Added a MM-DD version.
Added german version for my personal use.
V6: updated position of battery values
Fixed a small graphical issue in german version
Feel free to port it to GTR 3.

Amazing work, please change id because you can't have all the versions from this watchface at the same time in watch. Each Casio watchface replace the other. Thank you.
