VERGE LITE rebooting every time I syncronise wth APP [Verge Lite]

hello,

I bought amazfit verge lite from ALIEXPRESS just got it yesterday so when I pair the watch with app it keeps disconecting and restarting especially when want to sync a watchface (so I couldn't set a watchface from app) or activate GPS , tried many phones (Android&iOS) but still have the same probelm, I'm on the last version of the watch.

could someone help or tell if it's a hardware or software problem or when we get the next update.

Try a factory reset on the watch or try using the MiFit app if you're using the Zepp one.

I have the same problem. I can sync watchfaces if I have the watch connected to the charger and charging
