problem installing faces the last 20 days

hi!
im owning a gts operating on an iphone 11pro max.
the last 2 weeks im having problems installing any watch face from the app as it tells me that i have to sychronize the watch with the Zepp app.
i have done everything(updates,reinstalling the watch) but still doesnt work.
any suggestions?

I am using android, every time when I have problem when sending watchface to the GTS by the Zepp App, I will disable my bluetooth and re-enable it on the phone. It did the trick for me.

Aqui esse.problema começou agora depois de.atualizwr meu S10+ pro.android 11. Não consigo mais instalar as faces. O app não entende que já instalamos faces originais e não permite instalar as do app. Usando o bluetooth também da erro. Pede pra sincronizar com o zeep.

Tengo el mismo problema, cuando voy a instalar alguna face me dice que comprueba el estado de la conexion en zeep y esta todo ok. Alguna otra forma de hacerlo? Gracias

Não consigo instalar nenhuma Watch Face no GTS. Desde o último update do firmware do relógio. Espero que corrijam o quanto antes. Obrigado.

I have this problem from few months now... reinstalling the whole watch, the application and nothing works... still sends me to synchronise and then nothing... I can't find any solutions :/

Amazfaces no longer synchronizes with my GTS, has support for this watch been discontinued? I even noticed that the topics on this subject in the forum were locked without any official response.
Could you tell me if you are working on this error?
Congratulations on the product, I always liked what it delivers, I miss it.
