yes you can, grab the watch face tools. Version 1.4.2 to unpack the mi band 4 watch face then use the version 2.1.6 to pack it as a mi band 5 watch face.

I have not done any mi band 5 watch faces but I think the syntax is a little bit different so take a look at a couple of mi band 5 watch faces to see the difference on how the different UI elements are coded in the .json file.

1) Yes you can convert a Mi Band 4 watch face to Mi Band 5
- use the MiBandWFTool 1.4.2 to unpack the mi band 4 watch face then pack it with wf tool version 2.1.6 (or w/e the latest version is)

2) Yes you can make adjustments
- add english language
- change battery to show percentage
- add temperature and alarm

For 1) you will most likely need to change some of the .json syntax and for 2) you will need to make your own images to replace with the originals (for wether and alarm you'll also have to add the missing code block)

In case anyone still wants to know how to convert a mi band 4 watch face to a mi band 5 watch face I have made a video about that topic.

You can also convert a mi band 5 watch face to a mi band 4 watch face just do the reverse of what I show in the video. You will have to make some compromises with design elements as the dimensions of the mi band 4 are 120x240 pixels and the dimension of the mi band 5 are 126x294 pixels.
