Help invert colours

I have spent last few days trying to modify this attached watchface file without success abd have given up.
Can someone please help to modify this watch face - I only want the colours inverted = white background and black numbers.
Tkanks in advance to the kind person who can please help

Please inverts colors for me, colours inverted = white background and black numbers.
