Hello currenty i'm on latest IOS 13 and using the latest amazfaces app on iphone. so i tried many times to change the watchfaces with amazfaces
the amazfaces app can detect my verge lite but always failed to sync can you give me a hand how solve that problem? thank you

right at the beginning it already shows the error, less than 2 seconds. I have the impression that he loses the connection with the clock, having to locate it again.

Same here. iPhone X w latest software + a new T-Rex
I’ll keep my phone awake for the entire download, the watchface indicates it’s syncing, the app gets to 99%, then it says it failed.
I’ve tried:
• Restarting the app
• Restarting the phone
• Restarting the watch
• Cycling Bluetooth
Any ideas? Some great watch faces I’d like to try.
I’ve tried 5-6 times. Still no luck.

Are you using a beta version of the application? Specify Version Number
I am having the same issue, running Amazfaces version. 1.4.66 on Android 10. The app worked well until the latest update, now it consistently displays a "not connected" message when I select download on any watchface. It often also shows a "Start Discovery" tab, which closes the app when I select it. I have switched Bluetooth off and on multiple times, restarted the watch and the phone multiple times, and have uninstalled and reinstalled both the Amazfit app and the Amazfaces app.

Hello, I have the same issue in my Android phone (asus max pro m2).
I just updated the Amazfit Watchfaces app, when asked by Google Play.
Thus, I don't think it's somehow related to the Operating System of the device: I guess that the problem is more on the new update.
Can you kindly help with this issue?
