Bin file too heavy - pls help

Hi

I do not speak English - I write using a translator :)
I have my project but after creating the bin file
has up to 2.5 mb. The watch goes crazy after uploading.

Can anyone help me with such a problem?
Can I send files to someone to try
create a compressed bin file?

I hope I understand the problem, however I have done nothing but compress the bin file, I have not tried it, let me know ...

Unfortunately it does not work :(
I could have written earlier that I have already tried compression ...
Normally the bin file is 2.4 MB and after compression 214 kB
but after uploading to the watch it goes crazy. It turns on and off immediately.
It takes 5 minutes and finally only displays the hour digits.

Why does the folder with png images weigh less than 1 MB and
after doing the bin it suddenly gets 2.4 MB?

Anyone have any idea? Someone will help?

Try it, I removed the preview image, so it doesn't exceed 1.95mb.
