I'm in Taiwan but the time set of the theme was America :| :| :| :| :| :evil:

I think the time of miband will sync when it is connecting with your phone, so maybe it depends on the time on your phone.
Also you can try "Factory Reset" first, then use 'Mi Fit' to sync.

Make sure you're connected with out any VPN or proxy on your mobile, since when autosync happens, the systems reads your IP and determine ur location
