How to make custom watch face for GTR?

some people have created faces for gtr but i dont see any tool for this... there is only for bip and cor but not gtr, so how did they do their faces for gtr?

there is tool to unpack and re-pack for GTR but still has bug as color changed. It can use to modify element of the watch face but problem is color.

I see new GTR watch faces being added daily by users, so there must be a way to create them, but I cannot seem to find any guide explaining the process and software needed in order to do it.

Can someone point me out to a guide/software? Feels like it`s some kind of secret or something....

Sometimes you have to experiment by yourself and read a lot... Yeah I know "read", right ... Not everything is delivered on a silver plate...

I followed the instructions laid out by Manelto and I was able to change the background of a Watchface to fit my needs.
The problem is with changing the actual content of the Watchface: what is shown, in which position, etc...
I understand that the rules for that content are laid out in the json file but I can't understand how that works or can be changed (I'm total noob at programming).
Does anyone have a tutorial for how to modify the commands for each function?
Is there any tool that I can install on my computer to edit the json file and testing it?

The json file is a text file that you can edit with a text editor (I use notepad ++). The best way to understand how these files work is to download a bin file, unzip it with the python tool and view the content. Change some things and compile to see the result.

In the python tool that I described how to use, there is a folder that contains an example clock with all the elements that you can add to a clock face (Watchfaceparser).

When you start to see the results, however small, it is very rewarding. It is fun.

Be patient and go testing.

ok for the json file but it is less userfriendly that the online tool that proposes a visual interface to make your watchface (such as the WFeditor for the bip watch (here https://amazfitwatchfaces.com/editor/wa ... ditor/?bip ) for example).
the source code is generated by the wfeditor, and if you dont know the syntax, you can't guess it only with the json file only.

my question is to know if the website can add a wfeditor for gtr too, to give the possibility to more people to make their own watchfaces easily.

I have just tried to get some information from this forum and I am very grateful that there is so much to read about my new Smartwatch Amazfit GTR 47 mm.
I have now tried to extract a bin file using the tool viewtopic.php?f=29&t=816&p=2313#p2313 offered here. I don't use original Watchfaces but custom Watchfaces already created by users like https://amazfitwatchfaces.com/gtr/view/2081. Unfortunately the error is always the same as shown in the picture. Can anyone help me with this?
Furthermore I read in the posts above my post how the packing/unpacking should work (if it works ). But how do I edit the unpacked files - so which tool do I use to do that ? Or is this really pure programming via json file text editor?

The exe extractor is not up to date.

The yellow bar in my posted picture shows that there is a problem with the weather icons.

I am using both methods and getting some WF that seem to be good but can not be installed at the GTR....
I thougth that i was caused by the size of pngs, but the size of .bin is only 1.467 kb so i that's not the problem.

Could be something related to "weather" ¿? it seems to create good bin files but they are not getting installed...
Any light will be thanked.
