You could check out Drakowed's watch faces:

His 480x480 (GTR3pro) watch faces include several with
"Number of week" and "Day of year" which should work with your Active 3 Premium because they have the same size, encoding, and images. However, I don't have Active 3 Premium, so if you want one, you'll have to test it yourself.
However, if you want to modify those watch faces, it might be difficult because index.js is coded.

This file can be unpacked in SashaCX75's editor,
viewtopic.php?p=11643#p11643
but managing the "number of week" and "day of year" won't be displayed in the editor's preview. because it use custom script
You'll need to manage it through the program's JS script widget using a text editor.
