Would anyone be so kind and create this watchface from facer called Altus.

The attached file is not a watchface; it's a layered Photoshop file containing various images for make watchface and including file image for Corelphoto V 24.2.1.466 and including a TTF font file.
Anyone interested in creating their own watch face can download it.

Note: The file is 640x640 resolution. Remember to resize it to match your desired watch face before using it.

If you mean creating image for numbers by using TTF, I recommend trying these tools. It will save you a lot of time in creating numbers and text.
