You should have permission from the creator first.
The creator has already stated in detail:
"Don't copy without permission, don't re-upload, and don't ask for a new version."
Therefore, if you want to bring that watch face have someone else convert it, I recommend that you ask permission from the creator first. If someone who helps you convert this work, they could be report with copyright infringement.

Furthermore, the watch face you're referring to should be use with Balance2 without conversion.

That's right, like asoo said - this watch face should work without problems on Balance 2, next time just ask me.
