I'm not sure, but if I remember correctly, it seems like it's a T-rex pro watch face. It should be available on the Zepp app. If you have a T-rex pro, try searching for it on Zepp.

However, I ported this watch face to use on the GTR2, but some elements were different from the original.

Yes I do have a T-Rex Pro, probably for 2-3 years now. I went into the Zepp app and looked through ALL of the categories of styles and was unable to find it.
