How to convert/upload watch face [Balance]

I just bought my first Amazfit (Balance) and I'm glad I did! Just discovered this website and noticed a beautiful wacht face: https://amazfitwatchfaces.com/gtr/view/29809

Unfortunately I can't upload it to my Balance via the AW app. Can someone help me out here?

Congratulations on your new Amazfit Balance! Regarding the watch face, you're right – it's a beautiful design. To upload it to your Balance, try the following steps:

1. In the AW app settings, select the device as 'Amazfit GTR 3 Pro'.
2. Download the watch face from the link you provided.
3. Try to install it on your Balance via the app.

This method has worked for some users since the GTR 3 Pro and Balance share similar watch face compatibility. Give it a try, and let us know if you encounter any issues!

Thanks, it worked when selecting Amazfit GTR 3 Pro. Unfortunately it didn't show the animated interior of the watch. For now it works okay and I can upload them to the watch.

I would love to try, but the AW iOS app forces me to select GTR 3 Pro to upload the watch face to my Balance (and will only show GTR 3 Pro watch faces). When I select Balance in the app I see your updated version but the app can't find the watch and is unable to connect with it. Maybe it's possible to post this Balance version also under GTR 3 Pro so I can test it for you?

Why is it that the Balance is only being recognized by the AmazFaces iOS app and not the ANDROID APP? Can the developers please fix this issue?! I can't upload any GTR 3 Pro faces to my Balance because the ANDROID app isn't seeing the watch even if I put in the MAC address of the watch! There are other posts here by people using Android devices that have the same issue.
