After unpacking , you will find user_script_start.js file in GTR3's folder.
When you're done converting, before pack you must to copy the user_script_start.js file from the GTR3's folder into the GTR3pro's folder where you converted .
Then pack it to GTR3pro.

In the Description, we have already written information about the user_script_start.js file.

I can't find that file (user_script_start.js) in gtr3 file after unpacking, why? I already previously convert many of your watchfaces without doing what you say and watchfaces works fine.

I do not know , why you do not find.
I tested by use Version 9.0 (available for download on this website) , After unpacking, the file "user_script_start.js" was found in GTR3's Folder as shown in the attached image.

in this watchface use "user_script_start.js " to built , The dials you mentioned earlier can be converted because they don't use "user_script_start.js" to create them. or the added user_script does not affect the main functionality of the function.
Once you convert So those dials still work normally. But for this watch face, the user_script used has variable values configured. That affects the work of the color change function, so if you convert without following the steps I mentioned above, You will encounter the problems you have reported.
