I think GTR2 can't display hours only in two digits
or you see only ones of hours
like eg. 03am as 3, or 09am shows 9 but 12am displays just '2' (the ones of hours); 19 time will shown as '9'
because hours display is on two digits - and you may see only last digit of hours.

As far as I'm aware, displaying the hour in 1 digit format should be possible in GTR2, but the most likely problem with this dial would be the "Spacing" if I'm not mistaken in GTR2 using the "-+ spacing". Too much will cause the display to be wrong.
