Unfortunately, there is no way to change the display order of the elements, but the order of the "layers" of the elements itself. I can recommend you to draw the battery icon in a less red color, then the text will be visible. https://amazfitwatchfaces.com/mi-band-6/view/3992 - here is my work for an example.
