After new version ROM update 3.2.0.20 does not work function Double tap to Wake

yes, the 'double tap to wake' does not work anymore.. though there were new watch faces included in the update...
hope they'll release the fix asap for the double tap to wake

Yes double tap not working and the auto screen brightness is kinda dim.
Appreciate if anyone got the fixed firmware please update here.

Not only the double tap does not work, the heart rate monitoring now shows only wrong readings. Before the upgrade, the lowest heart rate it could show is 35. Whenever my heart rate was lower than 35, it either showed 35 or double the rate. Above 35, the results matched my manual check. However, continuous monitoring and work outs we're rubbish.

After the upgrade, the lowest values is now 40. Worse, when my heart rate is above 40, it will add 4-5 beats to the actual values.


Please return the previous version. I bought the watch solely to monitor my heart rate as I was diagnosed with bradycadia and need a pacemaker.

FYI. Our developer team have already known the "tap to wake" issue and they are working on it. It will be optimized in next update, but no firm dates have been set yet. If we get any further information, we will let you know. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
