I've found it on the editor's tooltip. Here is the order for future reference:
  1. Cloudy
  2. Chance of rain
  3. Chance of snow
  4. Sunny
  5. Overcast
  6. Light rain
  7. Light snow
  8. Moderate rain
  9. Moderate snow
  10. Heavy snowfall
  11. Heavy rain
