Hi, i think that could be a general problem to Mi Band 5, because have you seen another Watch Face here that shows the seconds ?

in the past i had the same, try to connect the charger to the watch.
And if you can see at the Watch display the watch is charging, bootloop is gone.

i don't know if this is helping, because i use a Android Phone, but i have the same behaviour with my Amazfit Watches (GTS and GTR) two days ago.
I try all the things you are described......
The only last thing I did that solved the problem is to restart the clock first (only that didn't ...
