I have amazfit GTS watch for about 4 months, model A1914.
I also use iphone X, with iOS 14.2 (18B92).
I used amazfit app to connect watch with my phone, some time ago the app changed itself to ZEPP, but it was still working very well. Two days ago the watch stopped showing text messages.
I did not change anything in my software, nor did I change any settings in the app. Messenger, facebook, calls, whatsup - all this notifications are still working impeccably - but I don't get any information about text message received. It doesn't matter if it's imessage or regular text message.
I tried every possible option in application settings - both in the app and my iphone settings, I tried reinstalling the app, I tried connecting the watch via amaztool app, I even tried to restore my watch to factory settings, and connecting it again as a new device - it doesn't work either.
I still get all the notifications except for the most important for me - text messages.
Any ideas what could go wrong and how to fix it?

Hi benq,
i don't know if this is helping, because i use a Android Phone, but i have the same behaviour with my Amazfit Watches (GTS and GTR) two days ago.
I try all the things you are described......
The only last thing I did that solved the problem is to restart the clock first (only that didn't help) and then turn off my phone (shut down completely). And after I restart it, receiving messages works again.
Maybe this is also working on iPhone.
