Le proporzioni sono costruite sul rapporto aureo (φ ≈ 1,618): la spirale cresce di un fattore φ a ogni quarto di giro, i cerchi concentrici sullo sfondo hanno raggi 240/φⁿ e la lunghezza della spirale è 240/φ.

A dial that transforms the golden ratio into a different way of reading the time. Instead of the classic hour hand, a golden spiral rotates slowly around the center: its tip, marked by a dot with a ring, indicates the time on the numerical scale. Every hour the spiral advances by 30° (15° in the 24h version), and its continuous movement allows you to read the minutes at a glance.

The proportions are built on the golden ratio (φ ≈ 1.618): the spiral grows by a factor φ at every quarter turn, the concentric circles in the background have radii 240/φⁿ and the length of the spiral is 240/φ.
