to Extract or Create a new Distance command line

- This version you can change Distance between KM. and MI. by MiFit
- This watchface if you want to Extract or Create file bin , jason you must to use Amazfit watchfaces Tool version 0.1.0.10 /forum/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=782
Because have some command line the old watchface.exe cannot Extract or Create
