We have been working for a long time and continue to make our own Tool for watch faces.
Everything is built on these sources.

Support watch faces for devices

Amazfit Bip
Xiaomi Mi Band 4
Amazfit GTR
Amazfit Verge Lite

What our tool can do.

- unpacking watch faces for devices from the list of supported
- packaging watch faces for devices from the list of supported
- image preview generation GIF and PNG

Instructions for use.

- download and unzip the archive to any convenient folder on your PC
- To unpack, put the watch face file in the tool folder.

For convenient work, we recommend changing the file name
in the name of your device.
Example: Bip, Band, GTR, Verge

- to unpack, run the Unpack (GTR) .cmd file (your device is in brackets)
- a folder with the contents of the watch faces will appear in the root of the folder.
- for packaging, run the Pack (GTR) .cmd file (your device is in brackets)


You can also use the old method for unpacking by dragging to WatchFace.exe but this method is not stable.

The tool may contain bugs.
We will be glad if you help us fix them.

First of all, thanks for the tools. I have been waiting since i received my Verge Lite. Really appreciate you guys.
I am having a problem after pack back my customize watchface. The preview png and gif is solid and working. When I installed it to my watch, the face became black with only leave the ring for step. Need help, please

To test the tool, I downloaded an existing Mi Band 4 bin (https://amazfitwatchfaces.com/mi-band-4/view/3033) and unpacked it. Then I packed it again without any modification. Unfortunately, some elements did not appear on the screen despite working perfectly in the preview.

I unpacked and repacked two watchfaces.

With this bin (https://amazfitwatchfaces.com/mi-band-4/view/3033) the animation does not appear on screen and the battery indicator is only broken in preview.

With this bin (https://amazfitwatchfaces.com/mi-band-4/view/3034) only the animation and battery indicator appear on screen, but all elements appear in preview.

Working watchface was coming from original this side. Originally it is additional from Amazfit Verge Lite through Mi Fit app. I'm only adding a "AMPM" function, adding delimitizer and customize the location. Already checked through json editor but there is no error. I found we can directly insert command for "circle" function instead of create png file. I have been working to customize watchface Bip before and nothing problem. Possibility for the watch to have a limit for overall function? If this success, I want to try to add battery and pulse function.

Managed to fix json entry order
-I switch in cmd is disabled for now
watch face GTR and Verge are by default read with an inverted pixel map, are recorded the same way with inversion.

It is necessary to test it and see how it behaves to watch.

At step 5 the manual says: Copy the name of the bin, delete it, then decompress our custom dial and rename it to the original name.

The downloaded file is a bin file, I decompressed it with the tool. Then I got a map with a lot of files (png, json, log, bin). Where do I put those files? Or what to do with those files?

I think to have useful info for you, I try to do an RGB+Black and White stripe background and the result are this
On real views tools replace red with blu and lost green and blue stripe, black and white are ok so I think black and white watch will be good.
