INDICATORS:
Locked state: Distance and date.
Unlocked state: Steps and heart rate.
Bluetooth on: Colored nunchaku.
Alarm: Color shuriken.
Do not disturb: Red ninja.
Battery bar: Below the numbers of time indicator.
CHANGELOG:
Version 1.1 (10.04): Added different indicators for locked and unlocked states using the overlapping images trick by Takada H.
Version 1.2 (10.06): Fixed some pixel bugs when showing heart rate. Changed the color of heart icon to red.
Version 1.3 (10.07): Changed the font of date, heart rate, steps and distance indicators. Changed bluetooth icon.
Version 1.4 (10.07): Changed graphics of the ninja. Changed graphics of status icons.
