Changelog:
1. Removed the Seconds circle
2. Thickened the 2 circles for better design
3. Moved the weather / temperature to the top right, and the date and day to the top left
4. Switched the date and day positions for accurate and consistent spacing
5. More accurate hour and minute indicator positions
Smaller circle: Hours
Bigger circle: Minutes
