Changed the language to Swedish.
Switched places of Day and Month.
Removed icons when not active.
Removed red Zeros behind values.
White clouds and yellow suns in weather consistently.
Thicker progress bar (1 pixel).
Changed color to blue.
Color for rain and thunder added in weather.
Changed position and color of pulsating heart.
