The Zepp app request the weather data from it's own backend (a REST API), wich itself gets its weather data from Xiaomi. Xiaomi has a weather service/app wich aggregates weather info from different sources worldwide wich are not disclosed....

just use the 12-hour numbers, skip the AM/PM, people usually know if it’s day or night ;-).
use the space to the right of the date/day in the same color as the time for either an “AM/PM” or simply “A/P” (You could also abbreviate the day to give more space to the AM/PM on the right).
narrow the time numbers to put in a vertical AM/PM on the right with AM first, PM second and the active one in the green and the inactive one grey like in the battery display.
