I am a proud owner of one of the first smartwatches ever, the SEIKO RC 4000 built in 1985 (!!!) - the first watch with RS232 connection to a computer to change data, adresses, phone-numbers and other information.

I use as a health App the ZEPP App and the Health App with my Amazfit BiP under IOS with my iPhone.
