Description
A minimalist binary watchface for the Xiaomi Smart Band 8, inspired by the KDE Plasma binary clock.
Everything is displayed in BCD (binary-coded decimal). Each column is one digit — read the dots top to bottom as bits 8-4-2-1. A lit dot means 1, a dim dot means 0. To read a column, just add up the lit dots: for example, a lit top dot + lit bottom dot = 8 + 1 = 9.
Layout (top to bottom):
Time — hours and minutes (HH:MM)
Step counter
Temperature and battery percentage
Features:
Always-On Display showing only the time — steps, temperature and battery are hidden in AOD to save power
Hollow outline dots to save battery on the AMOLED screen
Minute resolution (no seconds) for minimal power use
Negative temperatures shown with a minus sign
Clean, distraction-free design
Works with Gadgetbridge, Notify for Mi Band, or the modded Mi Fitness app.
