В циферблате две анимации. Первая проигрывается при включении экрана единожды. Вторая проигрывается постоянно.

My question is, how did you manage to put so much graphic elements and animations into the watch face, like, how did you compile? Did you use any different tool or what?
I even actually unpacked your bin file and tried to pack it together back, and anyway, my MiBandWFTool wrote the same: "Watchface is greater than 615kb".

1. RAW - the dial is packed in original quality and can weigh a lot
2. Palette - graphics are compressed, but there is a drawback, all transparency and translucency are removed, which can affect the quality of the final image. To avoid this, you need to make a "background" in the translucent parts of the image. And of course, compress the images with any graphics editor so that they weigh less. The packing modes changing in the program config
